Security and Transparency

Why does Windows Defender flag our software?

Understand how our protection technology works, why this may trigger false positives, and how to fix it in under 2 minutes.

Why does Windows Defender flag the file?

Our software uses code protection and encryption to prevent copying, reverse engineering, and illegal redistribution.

Antivirus tools rely on pattern analysis. Protected binaries hide parts of their internal structure, which may be classified as suspicious as a precaution. This is a false positive.

Why do we use code protection?

Anti-piracy protection

Prevents illegal copying, modification, and redistribution.

Intellectual property protection

Protects the engineering effort and development investment.

Each copy is unique

Files are customized per purchase to reduce sharing abuse.

Harder reverse engineering

Reduces risk of tampered or cloned versions.

Our commitment to you

  • Our software does not access personal files, passwords, or sensitive data.
  • We do not send sensitive information to external servers.
  • The software only performs the product-described purpose.
  • Each file is uniquely generated per purchase.
  • No improper background process remains after closing.

How to add a Windows Defender exclusion

Follow these steps to avoid false blocking.

  1. 1Open Windows Security.
  2. 2Go to Virus and threat protection.
  3. 3Click Manage settings.
  4. 4Under Exclusions, click Add or remove exclusions.
  5. 5Click Add an exclusion and choose Folder.
  6. 6Select the folder where the software is stored (e.g., C:\QualquerNome).
  7. 7Confirm by clicking Select folder.

Tip: Create a dedicated folder (e.g., C:\QualquerNome) and always use it so exclusions stay valid for future updates.
